STUDENT TRANSIT PASS (STP) APPLICATION
Please complete the following application to apply for a Student Transit Pass, which provides unlimited free rides on AC Transit and discounts on other transit systems. For more information about the program, visit the Student Transit Pass website. Feel free to contact us with questions.
What you'll need to fill out this form:
- A parent or guardian nearby to provide their digital signature
- Your student ID number (not your state or district ID)
- If you already have a Youth Clipper card, you'll need to provide its 10-digit serial number.
When will you receive your pass?
- Once your application is approved, a Youth Clipper card with the Student Transit Pass loaded on it will be mailed to your school. This will take 4-6 weeks or more, especially at the beginning of the school year.
- If you already have a Youth Clipper card and provide its 10-digit serial number, we'll load the Student Transit Pass directly onto it. This will take 2-4 weeks. In this case, you will not receive a new card.
